Yes it will bolt up but you need a lot more parts than you might think:
1. Front engine cover.
2. Rear engine plate.
3. Frame rails.
The gas engine rear plate is only about 1/4" thick. The diesel engine rear plate is 1-1/4" thick or thereabouts. Diesel frame rails are about 1" shorter than gas frame rails so the tractor stays the same length.
If you do not replace the frame rails, the hood will be too short as will all the lines going from the front to the rear of the tractor. Some lines can be straightened/stretched to make, others will have to be extended. It's a lot easier to do with the right frame rails.
