what is the correct way of adjusting the govenor? linkage is tight from throttle lever to the govenor, but at full throttle i can feel the govenor trying to pull the lever back to slow position. throttle lever has nothing till you get the lever half way down then the motor starts to accelerate. any ideas where to start timing is correct. have ordered a new carb. thanks in advance
