Well, I bit the bullet and swapped the A from POS ground to NEG ground. Also swapped the AMP meter wires and left everything else as it was a week ago when I was having "issues". Put the tractor to half throttle, started her up and BAMM! 10amps Pos Charge!!!! It's charging about 6.8V at full throttle and 6.7V at half throttle, WHOOO-HOOO!!! The AMP meter shows about a 2 to 3 AMP discharge at idle, but I can also damn near count the fan blades so I'm assuming that's OK.
