I just replaced the one on my B. I got it from case IH but you can get them at most auto parts stores. I ran a couple of wood screws through the seal and the put pry bars on the screws and it pops right out. It is pretty easy to replace. My PTO was removed so if you do it on the tractor you might want to drain the oil to a lower level than the PTO and refill it when your done.
