The seat TSC carries is most likely from Iowa Export. These are cheap CHINA made seats. The metal guage used is very thin and they tend to rust out fast and the vinyl rips easily.
Spend a few $$$ more and get an AMERICAN made seat from K&M. Heavier gauge steel and better grade vinyl are used. AND.....they are hand made here in the USA. They are online. Click the link.
