Is the transmission light on? If it is check and see if the dump valve is stuck open. The TA regulator valve may be stuck open. The TA is downstream from the power steering and brakes so they have priority.If the pump is weak or there is an internal leak the lube circuit and TA would be the first to be starved for oil. Depending on your location if it is below freezing there may be ice in the system that is holding the valves open. Chuck
