If you are speaking about a Farmall H, you need the following. 12 volt battery of course.
You can take your 6 volt generator to a good electric shop and they can convert it to 12 volt and add a Delco 12 volt voltage regulator as either a stand alone on the rear gas tank bracket or mounted on the generator depending on your settup.
Resistor in the coil line to drop 12 volts down to around 6 for the coil, points and condensor.
12 volt light bulbs if you have lights.
Budget $200-250 for the conversion as described.
