If you don't take the drive shaft out, you might be able to screw the center bolt back in, bolt a flat piece of metal to the 2 coupling holes, and back the bolt out against the piece of metal and push it off. I was planning to do that to mine but after a few taps, it came right off. Be careful with the shaft; the pilot bearing in the end of it has a nasty tendency to come apart if removed.
