Well from what your telling us that engine was rebuilt once somewhere around 74-75 or so and now you are having and oil pressure issue. So now it is time to get the crank turned and polished and new bearings to fit . My take .010 to clean the crank up and maybe more depends on how out of round it is . Next will be the cam bearings So when ya take the block crank head also take the cam and have that checked also . Now that ya have that covered next is the oil pump . Do it wright the first time and be done with it.
