The glass jar precleaner was an option and can be put on any IH (or other) tractor with the correct stack size. That said, it is a useful item in dirt, insects, or trashy air conditions. It will accept wide mouth Mason Jars of all standard thread, up to 1 quart size if it doesn't hit the hood. The original 1/2 pint jars are squareish in shape with rised vertiacal ribs near the corners. I remember that it said Mason Special on the side. Original jars are getting hard to find. JimN
