The old 2MH pickers were advertised to be mounted in 45 minutes as I recall from when I was younger. What is everyone crabbing about? Thinking back though, I guess it did take 3 of us to get it mounted on the 450 in about half a day.---When everything went well. I guess that the 45 minutes mounting time was with 3 factory mechanics---with the sub frame on the tractor---with all shields in place---all bolt holes drilled out to7/8 inch---on a level floor---couple of floor jacks----. On the other hand, the 234 was able to be mounted in 45 minutes on an uneven floor---included mounting the sub frame. The cab still leaked dust [no cab].
