i think its gonna be close. my w-9 dry weighs in at 6400 lbs. add chloride in both rear tires, 1760 lbs. plus the wheel weights, say another 440. you are at 8600 lbs right now, then add fuel and lube oils, you are prolly close to 9000. say 3500-4000 for a stout enough trailer, you got 13,000 lbs behind you. the van would pull it no problem, but boy stopping and quick manuvering would be a white knuckle ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!
