Without question, get the 706. I have run both models of tractors and they are both great. That H will do an awful bunch of work, BUT If you decided that you wanted to run some bigger equipment, you'd be shopping for another tractor. The H just doesn't have the horses that the 706 does. The 706, on the other hand, is small enough to be nimble and big enough to do anything you would ever need to do on a small farm. Just spend an extra $1000 and put a used loader on the 706 and run it off the remotes. You also have 3 point or fast hitch (which is easy to convert to 3 point). I sure miss the 706 we had on the farm. That tractor would do anything.
