You should pull the engine and see if it can rebuilt unless the block is somehow broken. You can get it apart even if its stuck. I would want to use the original block if possible. Get it running then determine how much restoration you want to do. See if there's any leaks from the gear boxes. I would drain them as they may be full of water. You may want to replace the clutch while you have the engine off. Give it a good cleaning with a pressure washer. A paint job will make it look new. Hal
