The serial # is somewhere in the 9000's don't remember exactly but I am certain it is a 1964.
The numbers after the serial # are W4-FF. I know the W means forward and reverse drive and the FF means it has a 4.5 GPM hyd pump. I am not sure what the 4 means after the W. The main difference I see on the pic you posted and my tractor is the length of the hose coming off the tube assy to the lift control tube. The hose on my tractor is less than a foot and in the pic you sent me that same hose is almost 2 foot long. They must have made the lift control tube longer in later years.
