If tractor is a stage 2 and was equiped from the begining with live hydraulic and has the original type remote control valve there is a bolt with special washer accessed from inside center housing that holds valve tight in hole. Also used a cover on bottom of housing that looked like bottom of a belley pump. If the piece bolt goes in is there it will be hex shaped like a big nut just on top of housing where fill pipe goes in on regular belley pump. If you do have a belley pump inside housing we will need more information because something wouldn't be original. All stage 2 didn't come with live hydraulics, also does the starter mount with 3 bolts?
