EZ,It did't take too long. after finals I removed pinion,top shaft and gears then bottom gears.On the lower shaft the front cover comes off after removing 2 bolts and a nut.Look closely the cover and bearing cage seperate on outside of case. I did'nt notice at first and tried to pry both together and wondered why it would'nt go. Also on top shaft you have to remove a pin that goes through a gear.You will have a bare case when done.Let me know if I can help futher Dan
