I don't think the o-ring has to be different -- I have done only one speedi sleeve, that was on my C. I just matched the oring to the original, those sleeves are very thin, just thick enough so that the hole in the pump has to be enlarged. It is logical that if IH had a kit, they would supply a an oring with it (mainly so they can charge 3x the price of that oring anywhere else) -- but I bet it's the same one.
