If I remember you said the main clutch was checked, so if the belt pulley box won't turn that means the shaft that drives transmission is not turning. Your trouble is in the center housing between engine and transmission. Probably the T/A clutch is slipping and the part of t/a unit that locks up for t/a mode is not holding. Does tractor make a whinning noise when you try to move it?
