How do I wire the lights up on my M after the conversion

I've run all the new wiring, the old was really bad and switch out to 12v lights. I've included a picture of my switch since I know there were several. I looked at the diagram in the manual and for the life of me cannot figure it out. It's pretty crude.

I have the standard lights on the light bar and then also a rear light with out the red light.
