I think import duties were a big factor in both the shipping of complete tractors to Canada and incomplete ones to US. I believe there were chassis differences between the two for all models but the exact differences probably changed from model to model. I have never looked into the specifics.
There were quite a few British based models. Anyone interested in a full list could probably glean it from the records I pointed at in my earlier post.
