Phil,
The manifold should be pretty straightforward. Unbolt the old one, add a new gasket and bolt on the new one. The only gotcha is if one or more of the nuts are rusted tight on the studs. Take your time and get some good penetrating oil like Kroil, from Kano labs, and you'll be able to get it done. I can't help with the wheels. Phil
