I believe the image scroll problem has more to do with the way the person doing the posting is linking to the image than anything. It may also have to do with the settings on your pc.
You can post an image with the built in codes that YT has set up or you can use html codes to link to a file where the image is stored. If someone doesnt use the proper (br) or (p) to break the text and image then the code will all flow together.
Sometimes an image is just to large for the setting on your pc and then the scroll problem occurs. I try to keep my images to under 600 pxls width. Doing it that size you still get good quality without makeing it to large for most people to view without scrolling.
