A 1959 400 would be unique indeed as they were only made in 1955 and 1956. Whoever aged the tractor probably compared the serial number against the list for the 460 or 560 to get 1959.
The axle housings might fit, but I think the bull pinion cages are different because the 400 has disk brakes and the M has band brakes. It would be interesting if you could retrofit the band brakes to the 400. Then you'd have a truly unique tractor.
