All my tractors "fuel smoke" a little on fast acceleration. The old carbs are not real fuel efficient. Are the plug wires a wire cored wire? Did you replace cap and rotor with the other stuff? Did you check and make sure you don't have an intake leak? How deep did the overhaul get. Did the valves and seats get ground?, are valves adjusted correctly? There are a lot of things that could case a miss, is it a constant miss, or a sporadic miss? Just a few suggestions. Jim
