My dad bought a new 200 in 1956 that leaked water into the oil from the very start. He never used antifreeze. The oil would turn milky. He didn'd do anything about it and we planted over 100 acres corn (including much of the plowing) with it for the next 20-years. When under a heavy load steam would come out of the oil cap. It never gave a bit of trouble because of the water. The amount of antifreeze you mention is not enough to worry too much about.
