If the hose is still good at the 3-bolt flange your local hydraulic shop may be able to cut the hose out from the flange and install a new section of hydraulic hose with crimp on fittings and install the correct fitting on the other end. Whether it's pipe thread or a tube swivel nut. They would need to see the hose.
