Hi Folks,
I have an M over here and have some questions. Since I had an 100% overhaul of the rear end and everything went out I have a chance I changed the bull gears.I didn't marked them. They seem to be the same.Is this bad or is it possible they will wine? Second are the bull gears reversible inside out:will they fit on one way on the axle?
Is the gap between pinion and bevel gear noticable with your hand when you turn pinion and move bevelgear.I know there has to be some distance and free space but I guess maybe its too tight. What are particular places to look for cracks in/on the head? Not any I can see but inside isn't easy to check. Its an 6336 DA head.
Has anyone an undented M hood around.Mine is rather worn but maybe someone can help me with it?
