The answer is again humbug (sorry for the seasonal implications) There are no perpetual motion machines. This is no exception. Getting peak watts from output, and averaged watts from input might result in the meeter readings. But!!! if it was really generating power beyond unity it would be operating on its own output, not grid power. It would be shown making a load operate with no connection to any source of external input. It cannot do this. Its patents cover control of output motion, not excess energy output. Sorry, but reality as we know it is not open to perpetual motion, or magical methods. If it were set on a wood table in the middle of the Mohave Desert, with the location chosen by you. And a lead acid battery used to provide the DC to get it spinning. Then disconnected to allow its output to provide the input DC through a very good inverter. I would be both amazed and blown away. There is no free lunch in the physical world we have found our selves in. Some one always pays. I call it a gift lunch. JimN
