From 1998 to 2007 the annual US temperature was 54.36 degF with the trend for that period a decrease in temperature of -0.23 degF. Regarding tractors, in California they are already requiring any off road construction equipment older than, I think, about 5 years to be retrofitted with aftermarket pollution devices at a cost of around $10,000 / unit to combat "man made global warming".
