Well I got a chance today to work on it a little more. I took the mag cap off and the rotor is lining up with the tower with the impulse snaps. While in there I cleaned the points and rotor contacts. Also drained all of the old gas from tank, sediment bowl and carb. Still won't start. Maybe I should just take the mag and have it gone through. Any idea what that costs now. Last time it was done was about 7 yrs ago and I think it was about 60.00?? Any other ideas? Thanks Bob
