blue RTV is over used. Put hiTack spray on the VC gasket (only on the side that touches sheet metal) leave the other side dry amd put a thin film of grease on the head to gasket surface. Same for the oil pan, Use non hardening #2 permatex on both sides of the side cover gasket, (a thin skim is all that is needed, but on the entire surface) Same for Tstat housing.
