Yes F-20s were availible from the factory with rubber. Of course there were numerous forms of rims ranging from flat spoke cut off steel wheels to round spoke wheels from other companies like F&H. As far as being similar there were versions for the F-20 that had a rim that was clamped to a large cast center that had a curve offset or dish similar to the Hs, Ms, etc. However the centers on the F-20s were bolted to hubs in the tractors dropped rear axle housings. Also by using special brackets and different rims one could equip F-20s and F-30s with dual wheels while using only one pair of centers like the tractor in the picture.
