Greg the primary drain plug is the one under the PTO since it is at the bottom of the case. So yes you did NOT get all the old 90W out. The three washers go on the three studs that are located through the somewhat center of the head. There is a stud between 1 and 2 cylinders towards the pushrods, one pretty much in the center between 2 and 3, and one offset between 3 and 4.
