My two cents worth: If it is all there and you have enthusiasm for restoring it.... Then you should go for it. Rice Equipment is the place to call for about every gasket, seal, rings, etc.
No hobby is cheap but I've not found another that gives me as much satisfaction. I've been working on my F-20 (belonged to my late father-in-law and has been sitting for 20+ years) for the last 5 months as a father-son project with my 10 year old who wants to drive his grandfathers' old tractor in the local Christmas parade. Best of luck on whatever you decide.
