Very easy... All you have to do is get another "sandwich" valve and place it in with the existing. It will require replacing the 3/8" mounting bolts with longer ones. Also one would have to find or modify existing pivot rod for the lever.
I have 4 valves (open on both sides) and 3? handles. I also have 2 bypass endcaps. If interested, I could sell one as is (as is) or rebuilt (I'll stand behind it). The last two I rebuilt I bead blasted all parts for the detent operating assembly, replaced all o-rings, detent balls, and unlatching pistons.
Somewhere I may have some banjo fittings and bolts, but I would recommed using 5/8" (-10) ORB fittings instead. I used ORB to JIC and rubber hydraulic hose.
