Hoses and cylinder, but no word about the valve. Did they include the valve? Probably not, because it's too valuable by itself. Lots of Super C owners like them to control remote cylinders.
You'll be money and time ahead by just picking up a bypass block off ebay and an inexpensive two-way open-center remote valve. It'll work just as well as the stock valve.
