Thanks Jim. Very good advice. I'll try to get removed and take to a Case/IH dealer for seal replacement. On the fuel issue, after changing filters, bleeding and pressurizing tank, finally got cranked. Ran good for a little while, but started the same symptoms. Turned out that the assembly above the fuel filters was clogged with black slimy stuff. Took it off, cleaned with gas, blew out with air and reinstalled. Seems to be ok now. Thanks again. I'll update when I get the steering issue fixed. It may be awhile. The tractor is on our property about 50 miles from home. No real rush now that mowing season is done and our winter grass (deer plots) have been planted. Have to get her fixed by the Spring though.
