They make two small pry bars that are for pulling injectors that are a smaller version of a LADYS FOOT BAR . Now if they are really stuck ya do not want to force them as you can break the ears off the injector . So what ya want to do is get some GOOD penetrating fluid and soak them and along with that a brass drift and a hammer ya tap them down and set up a vibration and try to get them to bounce . I have had some that ya think you will never get out , but they will come out with out damage if you take your time.
