Yes, some versions of the W-4 could possibly have a fuel pump, especially if they were adapted by another company to use other than a farm tractor, construction use for example. I personally have never seen one, but have a seen a W-6 that was used by the corps of engineers and yes, it had a fuel pump.But it was highly modified, and could very easily be converted back to it original state. I will assume yours is just a plain tractor and go out on a limb and ask, are you sure its a W-4 and not a W-14?
