Ok here , first off ya dead sure that ya got the pump back in time????? Ya say ya have fuel to the pump , ok next go up to the injectors and loosen all the lines and make sure that they are indeed loose , now crank the engine over with the throttle wide open and see if now ya have fuel to the injectors . If yes then tighten all the lines and see if it will start . If yes then your good to go , if no then ya had best start from square one and this time pull the valve cover and make sure that both rockers are loose on # 1 and that the timing pointer under the little cover on the right side of the bell housing is at 8 degrees for the roosamaster and 50 degrees for the R D pump . yours should be the Rossa Master . ANd remove the timing window and make sure that the little lines are all lined up .
