Hi Adam, I assume you have no remote hydraulic cylinder connected to the remote hydraulic lines. If that is the case then when you activate the remote hydraulic lever the high pressure hydraulic oil has no where to go and the buzzing sound is the hydraulic relief valve opening allowing the hydraulic oil to bypass the remotes. This could be causing the leaking as well.
If the 3pt leaks down about 8" to 1ft goes it jerk back up again without touching 3 pt control levers? Push Draft control lever fully forward unless plowing.
