In something like you have pour about a 1/2 cup of ATF in the cylinders and let it sit a few days, be sure you put the plugs back in to keep dirt etc out of the cylinders. Then pull the plugs back out and spin it over to clear the cylinders and after that start it up and run it. At first it will smoke some but that will clear up unless the engine burned oil before you parked it
