The H "lift all" will do just that, lift. It will not supply downpressure. If you have a cylinder with two ports you can put a breather in the downpressure side. You will just have to experiment to figure out which is which as I can't tell you. The lift all will lift the implement or whatever, then gravity will have to do the rest.
