If it has a flathead engine (regular Cubs do, I am not positive about the Lowboy), The oil pump is built into the block as a part of the block casting. It is at the rear on the same side as the filter. The engine needs to be separated from the torque tube, and the flywheel removed to get to it. If it has lost prime, and has no oil pressure, Filling the system with a squirt type oilcan by attaching a hose to the hole in the block near the oil filter (allen head plug in it) then pumping in several oilcan loads of 40 wt engine oil, will usually get it primed and going. Start them often to keep them primed, maybe every two weeks minimum. JimN
