True White Demonstrators?

How can you tell if a Farmall was a true white demonstrator? I know the were only made in early '50 (January/February/March) as the Mid-Century sales promotion and only as Farmall SC,A,Cub. Was there any type of indication on the serial number tag? I have heard there might have been an "L" stamped/cast upside down, but where on the tractor? Very interested to find out. How rare are these? Does anyone have any other history of the demonstrators? All Comments Appreciated,
