Consensus is to drop the belly pump. Not what I wanted to hear.I'm not sure I want to do that for just that leak. I'll drive it around some more, and see. It didn't leak before I drained, flushed and put new fluid in. Guess it was clogged up with gunk! I knew I should have split the thing when I had the engine, radiator, bolster and gas tank, steering, and everything off.
I'm going to sell it anyway. It just seems so tiny after using the 966 and the SMTA. My Cub Cadet lawnmower makes more noise than the H! Hoping to get 80% of what I have invested in parts, tires, and materials alone in the thing.Anyone looking for a restored 49 H! I'll even haul it 250 miles for free.
