The specs that were packaged with my 10-20 carb kit were wrong as far as the float setting. If you look inside of the fuel bowl there is a machined grove that goes around the inside. Set float to that line. I think it was put there to make assembly easier for the line workers and for the sevice guys. Also check and be sure there isn't a drip of sealant on the float that rubs the side of the bowl. Had both of these things mess me up on one job. I used a fine tooth file to clean the drip off the float. After I set the float to the line, it ran super nice!
