The white is often called cream. Not sure that anybody actually makes it, but do recall reading that one of the mfrs makes an almond that is pretty close to being right.

For the blue, VanSickle makes the right International Blue, though in a fairly low grade of paint. I've only found it in quarts, which would be a lot just to do the hubs. It may be out there in rattlecans which would be more to scale, but I haven't seen them.
