It ran smooth at an idle for a few seconds. No smoking that I could see. When I attempted to advance the throttle, it stalled and it was down hill after that. Governor is in the correct slot, main jet set at 3 turns, idle jet at 1 turn for first start according to directions. Tried other variations of settings. Nothing worked. Compared governor to the one on my H, everything looks good. If the float was the problem, then I don"t understand the excess fuel only while cranking.
